Description
English: The second building associated with hotelier and Klondike gold rush veteran Louis Anderson, it was built in 1902 at 5140 (originally 196) Ballard Ave NW for use as a lodging house and saloon operated by Charles Berryman. James Stephens of Seattle was the architect.
