Description
English: Bales of heather in Islands Thorns Inclosure New Forest Hampshire. Heather bales are used in the New Forest to slow the flow in some water courses to recreate meanders, bogs, mires and riverine woodland. In the distance are two Fallow Deer watching me, watching them.
