Baldershage (etter den norrøne guden Balder), gnr. 12/2, 4 og 5, Strindheim, sør for Strindheim skole, mellom Fernanda Nissens veg og Bromstadvegen. Opprinnelig en parsell av By, fradelt 1884 og solgt til kjøpmann Lars J. Smedsaas, som også kjøpte parsellen Løkken av Bromstad. Senere kjøpte han dessuten eiendommen Soleng, slik at det samlede areal kom opp i 114 daa. Fra 1928 tilhørte Baldershage gartner Iver J. Moum, som eide Bellevolds hage og flyttet sitt gartneri derfra til Baldershage. Gartneriet ble nedlagt 1999, da det ble overtatt av firmaet Plantasjen, som imidlertid har fortsatt med utsalg av planter og hageutstyr på stedet. Området ble regulert 1993 og utbygd fra 2005.
