Русский: Фото сделано у входа в медресе Нодир Девонбеги, Бухара, Узбекистан. Оно символизирует постепенную эмансипацию женщин Центральной Азии. Взгляд, устремленный вверх выражает надежду, что женщины Востока смогут найти баланс между традиционными устоями и своей свободой. Легкое белое взмывающее платье отражает чистые помыслы и стремления к светлому будущему, где женщина будет свободна от оков патриархата.
English: The photo was taken at the entrance to the Nodir Devonbegi Madrasah, Bukhara, Uzbekistan. It symbolizes the gradual emancipation of the women of Central Asia. The upward gaze expresses the hope that the women of the East will be able to find a balance between traditional customs and their freedom. A light white soaring dress reflects pure thoughts and aspirations for a brighter future, where a woman will be free from the shackles of patriarchy.
