Description
English: this dish is mainly taken in the main coarse meal in India.This dish is made up of eggplant with few indian spices. The eggplant is first fried and them mashed on with high flame. Then all the spices are added which makes it such more appetizing. This dish is mainly eaten with roti(bread)
