Description
English: Baha Bonga - The day on which Hindus celebrate the festival of Holi, the same date is celebrated in Santal tribes.

"Baha" means "flower" in santal language. At Baha Bonga - men, women and children are attired in traditional clothes, Offering Flowers to God Marang Buru and Jaher Ayo in their worship area that is Jaherthan.

On the occasion of Baha Bonga, santal traditional instrument or drum i.e Mandar and Tamak are beat near Jaherthan ( worship area) and people go there and dance.
