English: Leaders and advisers from Train Advise Assist Command-East attended a security shura at Bagram Air Field with Afghan police officials from provinces of eastern Afghanistan, July 29, 2015. The U.S. and Afghan officials met collectively as a group to discuss security operations and issues in the region, and also broke into small groups for in-depth talks on specific focus areas like logistics and gender affairs. Security shuras allow TAAC-E advisers to help the Afghan police continue to refine their systems and processes in an effort to bring greater security to the people in the region.
