Baggensens Eg was an old oak (Quercus robur) at Christianssæde manor on Lolland in Denmark. It was named after the danish writer Jens Baggesen" who wrote the poem Landforvandlingen in the oak where there was a room with a table and a bench.

This drawing (1827-1893) is by A. Schovelin and printed in Troels Frederik Troels-Lund: Daglivt liv i Norden i det sekstende Aarhundrede, volume 1, 4. edition 1914. Because of the age this picture is now Public Domain.
