Description
English: Badi chura is a semi-ground form of shallow-fried Badi/bodi (sun-dried black gram dumpling) that is often mixed with garlic, onion and chilli pepper. It is consumed as a side dish with Pakhala and rice. The dish is a native of Odisha, India and is popular in eastern India.
