English: Back of old Heaton Library An old Victorian Library closed down about 8 - 10 years ago (?) and now falling into disrepair. Overlooks Heaton Park and would make a wonderful community / arts centre but despite lobbying from community groups no such luck so far - mind you, has some great ivy on it |
