Back of annular buckle
Description
English: Copper alloy annular buckle with integral narrowed centre bar. The frame is irregular in width and sub-circular. There are two rectangular projections on one edge. The projections flare outwards from the frame. It is decorated with 12 notches cut into the frame and three notches on each rectangular projection. There are traces of black laquer on the frame. The back is flat and undecorated. Recorded at the Hidden Treasures Finds Day at the County Museum, Taunton.
