KABUL, Afghanistan, March 26, 2012 - Lt. Col. Michael Hulsey and Col. Andy Hall, both of Columbus Georgia's 648th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, give school supply kits to children at the school in Darulaman. This is the first week of school here and the supply drop was in conjunction with Operation Outreach, a Soldier run organization here that collected and put together over 400 bags of school supplies for the children of Kabul.
