Description
English: In the churchyard of Baaium, Friesland, the Netherlands: the grave of one Haije H. Jansen, known as Baas Haije ("Boss Haije"), who was a carpenter who at his death left a certain amount of money to organise a festival for the village children once a year. This developed into a general yearly one-day village festival of Baaium, which to this day is known as the 'Baas Haije Feest' (the Festival of Boss Haije).
