Description

A baía é um estuário de aproximadamente 100 quilômetros de extensão. Ela recebe vários rios, incluindo o Grajaú, Mearim e Pindaré. O Mearim é conhecido por suas pororocas.

The bay is an estuary approximately 100 kilometers in length. It receives several rivers, including the Grajaú, Mearim and Pindaré. The Mearim is known for its Pororoca.
