Copper alloy double loop buckle. There is a lobed knop at each end of the strap bar. The loops are ovate but they come to a point on the outside edge of the loop. Some copper-ally corroded to the strap bar might be part of the pin or plate. Mid-green patina all over, few spots of red/brown.
