English: The aftermath of a huge accident that occurred in the second race of the 2006 British Touring Car Championship at Silverstone, when Jason Plato's SEAT slowed coming off Luffield Corner, and the Honda Integra of Mike Jordan clipped him and was turned back across the track and hit the outside wall really hard with the drivers side, causing a red flag as he needed to be extricated from his car, having suffered a head injury and a punctured lung in the crash. Plato's teammate James Thompson was also involved, but both walked away unharmed. |
