English: 190319-N-DS193-063 SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 19, 2019) - Crew members aboard Philippine Navy vessel BRP Ramon Alcaraz (FF 16) wave goodbye to U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) at the conclusion of a maritime cooperative activity. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
