English: 190319-N-DS193-037 SOUTH CHINA SEA (March 19, 2019) - Capt. Eric Anduze, commanding officer of U.S. 7th Fleet Flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), renders passing honors to Philippine Navy (PN) vessel BRP Ramon Alcaraz (FF 16) during a maritime cooperative activity. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
