An incomplete copper alloy Roman T-shape brooch dating to the period c. AD 50 - 150. The pin and loop are missing and the bow has been bent upwards. The brooch measures 66.15mm in length, 12.37mm maximum width (across the catchplate),13.21mm maximum width at the wings and a thickness of 4.48mm (wings). The brooch weighs 10.36g.

The head exhibits cylindrical wings upon which the loop is incomplete. The axis bar is missing but would have been made of iron and the hinged pin is missing. The tip of each wing is decorated with a single circumferential groove. The bow tapers from a width of 2.35mm immediately below the head to the foot which extends 5.78mm across. Two longitudinal ridges, measuring 25.73mm each extend parallel to one another along the bow. There are two vertical ridges also at the bottom of the bow,
