Español: 27 de abril 1952: monumento con torso (parte superior del tórax, comprendida la cabeza) al novelista español Miguel de Cervantes (1547-1616), cemento (original en bronce) patinado bronce oscuro, descascarado, exterior, a 19 dm, firmado «Blotta» en el hombro izquierdo, pedestal mampostería, placa hurtada: «La ciudad de Rosario a Cervantes, 29 sep. 1951-27 abril 1952». Sitio original: plaza Cervantes, Entre Ríos y Av. Wheelwright. Imagen en La Capital del 14 de octubre de 1967 (p. 5), artículo de María Amanda Bergnia de Córdoba Lutges del 25 de mayo de 1969 (p. 28); actual: Av. Del Huerto 1253 (en la costanera sobre el río Paraná). Intendencia de Lo Valvo. El pedestal tiene en sus cuatro caras bajorrelieves en plástico (originales en bronce), con escenas de El Quijote del escultor Pedro Cresta (6 julio 1912 - 16 octubre 1970).
