Description
Français : Projet en 1894 de la construction d'une fontaine décorative, sur Les Allées des Soupirs le long du cours de l'Hôtel de Ville, actuel cours de Lattre de Tassigny.

La sculpture inspirée de la statue de la Liberté et réalisée par Mathurin Moreau a été installée au sommet de l'oeuvre en 1897 ; un escalier permet d'accéder à un point d'eau à contrebas de l'édifice.
