English: The 'Bindu Sagar Lake' is largely associated with famous Lingaraj Temple. It has very spiritual importance. Many rituals related to temples and of personal life are performed here. Mainly, ' Tarpan ' rituals of forefathers are performed at banks of Bindu Sagar Lake during 'Pitripaksha' . People gather here in the evening to relax and have beautiful view of the lake. |
