Bahasa Indonesia: Beseprah adalah salah satu acara yang selalu di lakukan pada Upacara Acara Erau Adat Pelas Benua, pada tahun ini menjadi lebih meriah karena menampilkan gelaran dari delapan negara peserta Erau International Folkloe And Art Festifal (EIFAF). kegiatan Beseprah, yang dalam Bahasa Kutai, artinya Makan bersama sambil duduk bersila diatas tikar, pada pukul delapan pagi, ratusan warga dan peserta Erau sudah mulai berkumpul di sepanjang jalan Diponegoro Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara. Acara Beseprah ini salah satu kegiatan yang di tunggu oleh masryarakat Kutai Kartanegara, karena acara Makan besar tersebut tidak dipungut biaya atau gratis.
Ada bermacam-macam Kuliner yang di sajikan pada acara Beseprah ini secara gratis di hamparan kain sepanjang satu kilo meter, berupa jajanan khas kutai, seperti Serabai, Untuk-untuk, Apam, Putu labu, dan Roti Gembong. Ada juga makanan berat seperti Nasi kuning, Nasi kebuli, Nasi putih lengkap dengan pirik cabek (sambal) , gence ruan (ikan gabus goreng yang di lumuri sambal), semor & masih banyak makanan yang lainnya. Beseprah ini terlaksana atas dukungan dan partisipasi dari Perintah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Perbankan, dan sejumlah perusahaan / investor di Kutai Kartanegara. Beseprah yang dalam fungsinya tidak hanya makan gratis, namun menjadi ajang pendekatan bagi kerabat keraton dan pemerintah dengan masyarakat sekitar merupakan bagian dari adat Erau. Turut hadir dalam Acara Beseprah ini para pejabat, anggota negara, serta peserta Erau International Folkloe And Art Festifal (EIFAF) yang ikut berbaur bersama warga Kutai Kartanegara.English: Beseprah is one of the programs that is always done at the Pelas Benua Traditional Erau Ceremony, this year it became more festive because it featured a mat of eight countries participating in the Erau International Folklore and Art Festival (EIFAF). Beseprah activities, which in Kutai language, means eating together while sitting cross-legged on a mat, at eight o'clock in the morning, hundreds of residents and Erau participants have begun to gather along the Diponegoro Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara road. This Beseprah program is one of the activities that is awaited by the Kutai Kartanegara community, because the big meal is free or free.
There are various cuisines that are served at this Beseprah event for free on a stretch of one-kilometer long fabric, in the form of typical Kutai snacks, such as Serabai, For-to, Apam, Putu pumpkin, and Gembong Bread. There are also heavy foods such as yellow rice, kebuli rice, white rice complete with pirik cabek (sambal), gence ruan (fried cork fish smeared with chilli), semor & many other foods. This commitment was carried out with the support and participation of the Kutai Kartanegara District, Banking, and a number of companies / investors in Kutai Kartanegara. Beseprah, which in its function is not only free, but is an arena of approach for courtiers and the government with the surrounding community is part of the Erau custom. Also attending the Beseprah event were officials, members of the country, as well as Erau International Folk and Art Festival (EIFAF) participants who joined together with the people of Kutai Kartanegara. |
