Български: Октоих (осмогласник) на среднобългарски език (полуустав с червенослов) на последните четири гласа (5–8). Препис от гръцки оригинал от ХІV в. на монах Евгений, българска редакция – Търновска школа.
Размери: 30,5/20,5 cm; 342 листа дебела хартия. Дървени корици с дебелина 1 cm, покрити с кожа в кафяв цвят и запазен орнамент; има следи от закопчалки. Препис на хартия с филиграни и без, на л. 4, 7, 242, 332 и 333 е писано от друга ръка. Има пагинация с църковнославянски букви. Червени заглавни букви на стихирите. Обясненията на ирмосите също са с червен текст. Всяка стихира започва с обикновена заглавна червена буква. Има винетки в червено; приписка от по-късна дата на последния лист, писана от отец Димитър.
