Кафява изкуствена кожена подвързия с размер 22/30 cm; надпис на корицата: „VІІ Велико народно събрание, КОНСТИТУЦИЯ НА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ, 12 юли 1991 г.“ От л. 1 до л. 62 – текст на конституцията, като на л. 1 има оригинален подпис на председателя на ВНС акад. Николай Тодоров. От л. 63 до 129 са разграфени и написани трите имена на народните представители и изборните им райони – машинопис, а под всяко име ръкописно са изписани имената и подписите на 361 народни представители, подписали Конституцията, имената на 39 народни представители, които не са подписали, и на 7 народни представители, които са подписали с „ОМ“ по отделни членове и алинеи от нея.
English: Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, adopted on 12 July 1991 by the 7th Grand National Assembly of Bulgaria, which defines the country as a unitary parliamentary republic. Original. Typewriter, manuscript. Brown artificial leather cover, size 22/30 cm; with inscription: „VІІ Grand National Assembly, CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA, 12 July 1991“ From sheet 1 to sheet 62 – text of the Constitution, where on sheet 1 there is the original signature of the Chairman of the GNA, Acad. Nikolay Todorov. From sheet 63 to sheet 129, there is a table of the three names of the members of the parliament, with their electoral units (typewriter) and under each typed name the handwritten name and signature stays of all the 361 members of the parliament, who signed the Constitutions, the names of the 39 members who didn't sign, and the names of 7 members, who signed with "dissenting opinion" with respect to certain articles of the Constitution.
