Three storey new (1997) apartman building. On its façade is 'Szeged 750 years old' artwork (elsewhere Béla IV relief) by András Lapis, István Novák (designer, contributor) /Erection 1997./- Szeged's urban existence is associated with the name of Béla IV of Hungary, who raised Szeged to city status in 1247 after the Mongol invasion. This is commemorated by the coloured relief on the façade of the building, placed in an architectural coat of arms shield, made on the occasion of the 750th anniversary and inaugurated in 1997. Text: 'Szeged 750 years old (1247-1997) IV. Béla ' - 11 Tisza Lajos Boulevard, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
