Description
English: C&O #4003 (E8A) with B&O train #7, the westbound Shenandoah (at left), and B&O #1455 (E9A) with B&O train #11, the westbound Metropolitan (at right) at Cumberland, Maryland on August 23, 1970. The trains ran as one section from Washington DC to Cumberland, then were divided into two trains.
