Description
English: A complete heavily patinated bi-facially worked flint tranchet axe of Mesolithic date.

It is an elongated oval with rounded butt. The blade is crescentic with a roughly D-shaped cross-section as the dorsal face is flat. There are signs of modern damage on the ventral face.

This hand axe measures 91.29mm in length, 42.03mm in width, 18.24mm in thickness, 64.03g in weight.
