Boating in our city parks is Some time in the early morning we about as much fun as splashing around docked at Washington. When weawoke the city was alive and we dweltom c again in a world of trains and oftrollc\ cars, of automobiles and peach-basket hats, of the telephone, the tele-graph, and the automatic gas meter. in an apartment-house bathtub.
