Description
Français : Avenue Poincaré(1) (route départementale 906E)(1), à Vichy (Allier, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France), et publicités pour l'enseigne Carrefour fixées au mur recouvrant une publicité murale.
  • L'accès à ce supermarché est à 3 km. Un concurrent (Lidl) est implanté juste avant.
  • Aucun espace de stationnement n'a été aménagé côté pair, à cause de la piste cyclable, l'avenue Poincaré n'en offrant que dans le sens opposé ; à noter le stationnement anarchique (dans le sens opposé, hors cases) qu'aucun panneau ne rappelle.
(1) Les usagers ne savent pas qu'ils circulent sur cette avenue, aucune plaque de rue n'étant présente avant… 600 mètres, ni sur une route départementale, bien que cette route soit toujours gérée par le département de l'Allier.
