Description
Français : Il s'agit du ponor principal du poljé karstique d'Opoul. L'eau qui s'écoule périodiquement sur la surface normalement sèche de dépressions calcaires comme ce poljé - par exemple, lors de très fortes pluies - descend dans des cavités comme ce ponor, et disparaît sous terre. Dans cette partie du massif des Corbières, l'eau finit par émerger à la magnifique Font Estramar, sur la rive occidentale de l'Étang Salses-Leucate.
