Description
English: Autumn Colours in Swaledale From the banks of the River Swale near Downholme, Hutton's Monument can be seen on the hill opposite. The monument is 60 feet high and was erected over the remains of Matthew Hutton, Esq., formerly a captain in the army, who died at Macclesfield in 1814.
