Strip map of automobile routes between Los Angeles and Pasadena and Long Beach and San Pedro. Bounded by Pasadena (top), Pacific Ocean (bottom), Gardena (left), Norwalk (right). Due north is up. Principal features: municipalities, roads, railroads, road names, mileages, natural features, Auto Club branch offices. Other prominent locations: Glendale, South Pasadena, Alhambra, Vernon, Huntington Park, Watts, Downey, Norwalk, Clearwater, Compton, Artesia, Wilmington, Pacific Ocean, Los Angeles Harbor. Printed at the bottom is "485" and "Brown". Printed at the bottom, outside the map itself, is "77" and, at top, "When roads are marked red indicates paved portion, blue unpaved portion". Verso contains notice to look for official hotels and garages and list of 4 hotels and 24 garages
