Theywere all Wesleyan Methodists of the original type,devout, self-sacrificing, dutiful, noble women, whoreally believed and lived lives in accordance. All our family owe a debt of gratitude to my SisterElizabeth for the tender care and loving ministrationshe bestowed on Mother while she lived, and whenMother was called away she transferred all her loveand care to Father, and he appreciated it, for in hiswill he made special provision for her, and joined withher and all of us in receiving the blessed sacramentfrom Bishop Abiel Leonard a short time before he died.
