English: Austrian 4th Infantry Brigade conducts Leopard main battle tank live fire training during Operation Crisis Response. Crisis Response Operation is part of the NATO exercise Strong Resolve 2002 (SR02). SR02 is a NATO exercise with two simultaneous operations; Article Five Operation and Crisis Response Operation. SR02 is conducted in Poland, Norway and Baltic Sea. To date there have been three Strong Resolve exercises conducted. They are conducted every four years. U.S. Navy photo by George Sisting. |
