English: Middle portikus of Austrian Parliament building, made out of marble from Laas in South Tyrol. Shows allegory of Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria surrounded by the kingdoms and lands of the Austro-Hungarian Empire "Kaiser Franz Joseph verleiht den 17 Kronländern die Verfassung". Designed and executed by Edmund Hellmer.
