English: Marines advance alongside an Australian M1A1 tank during a bilateral assault at the urban operations training facility at Mount Bundy Training Area, Northern Territory, Australia, Sept. 5. For approximately three weeks, Marines conducted bilateral field training with various elements of the Australian Army. The tank is assigned to 2nd Troop, A Squadron, 1st Armored Regiment, Australian Army. The Marines are with Company F, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force. |
