<a href="http://everydaysuperhumans.com/2017/06/20/episode-26-exploring-cosmos-austin-astronomical-society">Original post on the Everyday Superhumans website</a> The Austin Astronomical Society will take you on a journey through the cosmos this episode. Born the month after Apollo 11 touched down the moon, the society has been on a mission to share the wonders of the universe with the urbanites of Austin for over 45 years. The society hosts star parties at their private observatory in the Canyon of the Eagles, and holds monthly meetings discussing the latest news in the universe of astronomy. In this episode Caroline & Kyle sit down with the president and former president of the Austin Astronomical Society, Jim & Joyce Lynch and chat about the stars.
