Description
Deutsch: Huaca de la Luna (Tempel des Mondes) ist eine Pyramide aus luftgetrockneten Lehmziegeln (Adobe) im Moche-Tal im Norden Perus in der Nähe von Trujillo|Trujillo (Peru)|Trujillo. Die erste Plattform wurde als Stufenpyramide über mehrere Jahrhunderte angelegt. In den Räumen sind sehr gut erhaltene Reliefs, die bei der vielfachen Überbauung mehrmals übermalt worden sind. Die dritte Überbauung wird aufgrund von gefundener Keramik auf die mittlere Moche Zeit vom 3. Jahrhundert nach Christi datiert.
