Description

L-R: Egugene Laloo, Lorraine Rademeyer (2008 Awards Alumni), Bobbie Jacobs (new Awardee), Archbishop Tutu, Thozama Rululu (new Awardee) and Her Excellency, Ann Harrap.

Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu turned 80 on 7 October 2011.

The Archbishop has been the Patron and key spokesperson for the Australian Government’s Australia Awards in Africa since 2010.
