English: Aurelio Doncich (The Royal Studio)

"Going by the cap, the Crowned Lion on Crown badge and peak are of Brigadiers & Colonels during the reign of George V and George VI. So does the aiguillette. The lyre on the collars denotes a musician or bandsman The decorations look civilian and not military awards. The uniform is fanciful and to top it all, he wears a KOMR collar badge type of Maltese Cross where rank badges should be."
