Emil August Fieldorf (20 March 1895 – 24 February 1953) was a Polish Brigade General. He was Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Home Army (Armia Krajowa) or AK, after the failure of the Warsaw Uprising (X. 1944 - I. 1945). Fieldorf was executed in 1953 by the communist puppet regime installed by the Soviet Union in Poland. The statue of Fieldorf is situated near Fieldorfa Street in Warsaw. |
