Bei Nukliden mit gleicher Massenzahl wurden diejenigen mit der höchsten Bindungsenergie pro Nukleon ausgewählt. Ausnahme davon sind 3-He statt 3-H und 14-N statt 14-C. Die Ausgangsdaten für die Grafik entstammen einer Tabelle von Gordon Gilmore (http://www.gammaspectrometry.co.uk/spreadsheets/index.htm).
