Atmospheric neutrino νμ → νe (ν̄μ → ν̄e) oscillation probabilities in case of the normal (inverted) mass hierarchy.

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Atmospheric neutrino oscillation probabilities as a function of energy and cosine of the neutrino zenith angle (−1 corresponds to upward-going). The plot shows the νμ → νe probability in case of the normal mass hierarchy or ν̄μ → ν̄e in case of the inverted mass hierarchy.
