Dieser Mann lag ca. 6 Wochen zuBett, da ihm das Auftreten bis dahin Schmerzen verur-sachte, kurze Zeit darauf fing er an zu arbeiten. Der traumatische Plattfuss (Pes planus traumaticus). Obwohl die traumatische Entstehung eines Plattfussesmit der Theorie der gewöhnlichen Plattfussbildung nichtübereinstimmt, so ist man doch berechtigt, von einem trau-matischen Plattfuss zu sprechen, wenn infolge eines Traumasdas innere Fussgewölbe so weit herabgedrückt wird, dass esbeim Auftreten den Boden berührt. Diese Form beobachtet man nach Brüchen, welchedie Knochen des inneren Gewölbebogens betreffen (Cal-caneus, Naviculare, Ossa cuneiformia und Ossa metatarsi 1—3). Diese traumatischen Plattfüsse können in derselbenWeise schmerzhaft sein, wie die nicht traumatischen. Therapeutisch empfiehlt sich das Tragen eines Platt-fusstiefels, ausserdem Massage, Bäder etc. Die Erwerbsunfähigkeit ist abhängig von dem Grade 6o
