i tra le Muscicapae, delle quali sidice abbia le abitudini; i Codazzurri frequentano i luoghi alberati ed amano star-sene sulle cime degli arboscelli; sono uccelli insettivori, il loro canto è poco piùche piacevole; nidificano nei crepacci delle roccie, depositando quattro uova bianco-bluastre, macchiate di bruno-rossiccio-pallido. Poche specie, proprie della RegionePaleartica, compongono questo genere; una sola compare nelle parti occidentalidella detta Regione, ed una specie è propria dellAfrica meridionale. 170. Nemura cyanura (Pallas), Codazzurro. lanthia cyanura (Paix.)).
