Summary

Description
Ελληνικά: Η χερσόνησος Άθως όπως φαίνεται από κάψουλα στα 23.300 μέτρα πάνω από τη Χαλκιδική.
English: In this picture: The Athos Peninsula as seen by the capsule at 23300 meters above Chalkidiki.

SlaRos, is the first suborbital project in Greece.

Is a multitasking hobby which allows me to explore earth’s sky without the need of enormous budgets and national agencies. It involves physics, extreme conditions, electronics & telecommunications engineering, software development, constructions, photography, high adventure, a lot of risks, problem solving and money spending. Space agencies have been doing that since the '50s! (Stratospheric POV of Athos)
