English: Athol (1820)

Scale 1:48. Plan showing the body plan, sheer lines with modifications to the decks longitudinal half breadth proposed and approved for Athol (1820), a 28-gun, Sixth Rate Sloop, to be built at Larch. See ZAZ3213 for the corrected plan. Signed Henry Peake, Joseph Turner, Robert Seppings (Surveyors of the Navy) Annotation at top in green: "N.B. After this Draught was constructed a plan of the stowage of the hold was made and it was found to be necessary to raise the decks as sshown in green ink to give sufficient space for the stowage of the cables."
