Atherstone Railway Station

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Atherstone's station building was designed for the Trent Valley Railway in 1847 and survived a demolition threat in the early 1980s; it is now grade II listed. Although the station is still open to passengers, there is no modern railway requirement for such a substantial building and it is now occupied by Riversmeet Veterinary Centre.
