| Description |
English: At the end of Broad Fen Lane Broad Fen Lane leaves Shire Lane, the Balderton to Claypole Road, and sets off in a straight north-north easterly direction towards the beginning of the fen lands. After crossing the busy railway track in SK8350 it comes to an abrupt end here. Balderton, SK8251, once a small village but now a suburb of Newark, is on the horizon, just in Nottinghamshire. The border with Lincolnshire runs about halfway from the view point to the pylons. |
